1. About Prints24
Prints24 is a printing and customized-products business based in Jyothy Nagar, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India.
We provide products and printing services including customized T-shirts, mugs, business cards, banners, packaging, stickers, and other printing-related products.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, specifications, and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
However, minor variations may occur because of:
- Screen and monitor settings
- Digital-to-print color differences
- Printing processes
- Material characteristics
- Manufacturing variations
Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
3. Customized Orders
For customized products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information and suitable artwork.
Before placing an order, customers should carefully verify:
- Spelling
- Names
- Numbers
- Dates
- Addresses
- Images
- Logos
- Artwork
- Product size
- Product color
- Quantity
- Other customization specifications
Once an order enters production, modifications may not be possible.
4. Customer Content
You may upload or provide photographs, artwork, logos, text, graphics, or other content for printing.
By submitting content, you represent that:
- You have the necessary rights or permissions to use the content.
- The content does not knowingly infringe another person’s intellectual-property rights.
- The content does not violate applicable law.
- You are responsible for the content you provide.
Prints24 reserves the right to refuse an order where submitted content appears to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The website, including its text, graphics, logos, branding, design, images, and other original content, may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our website content without appropriate authorization.
Customer-supplied artwork remains the customer’s responsibility and rights remain with the applicable owner, subject to any rights necessary for Prints24 to fulfill the order.
6. Orders
An order submitted through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
Prints24 reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Product availability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Technical problems
- Inability to fulfill customization requirements
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Content or artwork concerns
- Other legitimate business or legal reasons
If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
The applicable price for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to obvious pricing or technical errors.
Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other charges will be displayed or communicated where applicable.
8. Payment
Prints24 may introduce online payment facilities through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.
Where a third-party payment provider is used, payment processing may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.
Prints24 does not generally store complete card or banking credentials.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Prints24 currently delivers orders within India.
Delivery dates or estimates provided on the website or during ordering are estimates and may vary due to production time, destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, public events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.
Prints24 is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
10. Inspection of Orders
Customers should inspect their products after delivery.
If there is a printing mismatch or production issue caused by Prints24, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Customized products generally cannot be returned or refunded merely because the customer changes their mind or provides incorrect information.
12. Prohibited Use
You must not use our website or services to submit or request content that:
- Violates applicable law
- Infringes intellectual-property rights
- Is fraudulent or deceptive
- Promotes illegal activity
- Contains malicious code or attempts to interfere with our website
- Violates the rights or privacy of another person
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving prohibited content.
